Any Parent/Carer wishing to apply for a leave of absence should complete a Leave of Absence Form and return to the School Office. Once considered by the Headteacher, it will be returned to you with an authorised/unauthorised verdict recorded. For unauthorised, please refer to the West Sussex County Council’s Fixed Penalty Notice Leaflet.
